IBC Request For Quotation

The users of this IBC are required to comply with all sections of 49 CFR 100-180, The Hazardous
Material Regulations, as well as any state or local regulations INCLUDING:

* Closing the IBC in accordance with SRT Closing Instructions
* Determining the suitability of this IBC for its intended application
* Determining the compatibility of this IBC with the intended lading
* Use of ANY closure or service equipment not supplied and tested by SRT may void the UN/DOT authorization
* The SRT is not authorized as a pressure tank or vacuum receptacle
* Maximum temperature restrictions may apply
* The IBC must be visually inspected before each use
* All load securement must be compliant with the requirements of 49 CFR in that hazmat must be secured from movement in every direction.

The user is responsible for compliance with all pertinent sections of fire codes, 29 CFR (OSHA)
and 40 CFR (EPA) and other regulations as appropriate.
